Operations Managers Group
The Operations Managers Group (OMG) is responsible for developing and maintaining the T2S Manual of Operational Procedures, which defines the roles and the responsibilities of all relevant actors and specifies how business activities are coordinated in both normal and abnormal circumstances.
The OMG reports to the Market Infrastructure Board. It is composed of operations experts from CSDs, national central banks, the European Central Bank and the 4CB (Banque de France, Banca d’Italia, Banco de España and Deutsche Bundesbank). Representatives of users that are T2S directly connected parties participate in the OMG as observers for specific agenda items.
